Requirements for Secure Nodes are 42 Horizen (ZEN).

Requirements for Super Nodes are 500 Horizen (ZEN).

These numbers are surprisingly low compared to the high numbers the vast majority of crypto companies have set to operate a masternode.

Additionally, the returns on these nodes are quite high. While ROIs tend to fluctuate, Secure nodes have held above 30% ROI per annum for some time. Super Nodes provide a bit less but are above 25% per annum.
