The ultimate goal for Arbitraging is to profit from temporary price differences between exchanges while being market-neutral. Unlike other bot programs, Arbitraging doesn't transfer cryptofunds (e.g. BTC, LTC or Fiat) between cryptocurrency exchanges to capitalize on opportunities. Because of this the buy/sell and sell/buy opposing trade activities can be done in tandem on two different exchanges.
The minimum investment needed to activate the bot is $250. Arbitraging’s ROI averages about .6% per day. While this is lower than other arbitrage bot companies like NOVACHAIN, there are some advantages to be had when comparing apples to apples.
For starters, the company is listed and ranked on CoinMarketCap.com. While this doesn’t insure its success, it adds a sense of credibility to the project. The ARB tokens are also listed on the external exchange CoinExchange.io.
This is important because users can choose to open an account at an external exchange or buy tokens directly through the Arbitraging.co platform. This provides the user greater flexibility and certainty when choosing price points. Tokens that only trade on internal exchanges have a greater likelihood of market manipulation by the company because the company has more control over the buy/sell metrics.
In order to become a token holder, one must first sign up with their email address, create a password and enter their Ethereum wallet transaction address. The Ethereum wallet address you enter is unchangeable so choose wisely. We recommend MyEtherWallet for its reputable safety and reliability. Next, within the Arbitraging website, go to the DEPOSIT tab. Select SHOW DEPOSIT ADDRESS. You will receive a warning to make sure your incoming funds are sent from the address you entered on sign up. (Note to US residents: You may need to turn on your VPN in order to see the wallet address. If you do not have a VPN, you can download a free one here.).
When ETH or ARB are transferred into the platform, they are credited almost instantly. If necessary, ARB tokens can then be purchased and put to immediate use (subject to a 24 hour pending period). To purchase ARB, select the WALLET tab and then TRANSFER ETH to the exchange for purchase. Go to EXCHANGE and execute your order for ARB tokens.
If users wish to purchase tokens from an external exchange, they need to transfer their purchased ARB tokens from the exchange to their registered wallet address. Once in their registered wallet, they can then transfer ARB tokens directly into their Arbitraging account for use.
To enter the ARB tokens into the bot, select aBOT from the menu and proceed accordingly. When vested in the aBOT you will receive daily profits in ARB directly to your earned wallet. You will be able to withdraw those profits at any time. Daily gains are seen in the account and profits can be auto reinvested if so desired.
PROS AND CONS
Important to note: When ARB tokens are placed into the aBOT, they are essentially being sold at the market value price. The funds will then have a USD value only. This removes the user from profiting from upside moves in the token but protects them against the token downside risk.
PROS:
- The Arbitraging team appear to be competent with a successful track record in the arbitrage arena. And while the website interface leaves much to be desired in aesthetics, it is efficient. Upgrades are soon in coming.
- The ARB token trades on external exchanges providing less risk of internal manipulation.
- The company is currently one of the leaders in the crypto arbitrage bot space and holds a significant portion of the market share.
- While the team uses aliases, they freely show their faces frequently, even appearing as guest speakers at events such as the World Crypto Conference.
- There are no restrictions with exiting or entering the aBOT and users are free to do so as frequently as they like.
DRAWBACKS:
- Trading volume is low but increasing at a steady pace.
- No OTC provisions but this is offset by the external exchanges.
- Website structure is clunky and outdated. Needs an overhaul.
